MyNeuroPass is an early-access, proof-led hiring platform. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.
1. Your responsibility for what you upload
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and evidence you upload.
- You must not upload false, misleading, unlawful or harmful material.
- You must not upload third-party confidential material you do not have permission to use.
2. What MyNeuroPass does — and does not — promise
- MyNeuroPass helps you structure and present evidence.
- MyNeuroPass does not guarantee employment, interviews, hiring outcomes, employer acceptance, income, or verification.
- Proof Tiers are based on the evidence currently in the platform and may change as evidence is added, removed, reviewed or updated.
- “Verified” or “Source Verified” labels apply only where evidence has actually been checked, confirmed or reviewed.
- Employer views and Role-Fit Proof Packs are decision-support tools, not automated hiring decisions.
3. Fair use
MyNeuroPass must not be used for unlawful discrimination or for any unlawful purpose.
4. Ownership of your evidence
You keep ownership of your uploaded evidence. You grant MyNeuroPass permission to process and display that evidence as needed to provide the service — for example, to render your NeuroPass, to build Role-Fit Proof Packs you generate, and to store files securely.
5. Subscriptions and payments
- Paid subscriptions are handled through Stripe.
- Pricing may change over time. Existing users will be notified where required.
6. Suspension
We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform, upload fraudulent material, attack the system, or misuse candidate or employer data.
7. Early-access notice
The platform is provided on an early-access basis and may change as features are tested and improved.
These Terms are provided for early-access operation and should be reviewed by a legal professional before full public launch.
