These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MyNeuroPass (the "Service") operated by MyNeuroPass ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
MyNeuroPass is a skills-evidence platform that helps individuals build a verifiable profile of their work and helps employers discover candidates by evidence rather than CVs alone.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of everything you upload (your "Content"). You grant us a limited, worldwide licence to host, display and process your Content for the sole purpose of operating the Service and showing it to people you have explicitly granted access to. We do not sell your Content.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- upload content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory or fraudulent;
- misrepresent your identity, qualifications or work;
- scrape, reverse-engineer or attempt to disrupt the Service;
- use the Service to harass, discriminate against or unlawfully assess any person.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Verification
Verified skills and proof passports indicate that evidence has been reviewed against our criteria. They are not employment guarantees, qualifications, or legal certifications.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) €100.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or applicable law.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app at least 14 days before they take effect.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
