What you can request
- A copy or export of your account data
- Deletion of your account
- Deletion of specific uploaded evidence
- Removal of your public NeuroPass page
- Correction of inaccurate information
- Withdrawal of any sharing permission you have previously granted
How to make a request (early access)
For early access, export and deletion requests can be sent to info@myneuropass.com. Requests will be reviewed and handled manually while automated self-service tools are being developed.
Please send your request from the email address on your account, and let us know which items are involved (whole account, specific evidence, public page, etc.). We will confirm receipt and completion.
Timing
We aim to acknowledge requests within a few working days and complete them within 30 days. Some records (for example, invoicing) may be retained where required by law.
