What this pilot is
MyNeuroPass is testing a feasibility pilot with a small group of adult participants. The goal is to learn whether the platform is clear, useful, and confidence-building for people who want to show their abilities to employers in ways that go beyond a CV or interview.
This pilot is not a formal research study, medical assessment, or recruitment process.
Who it is for
The pilot is open to around 10–15 participants who are:
- adult students or graduates, including CCT students or graduates if the pilot is agreed with CCT
You can take part whether you are currently looking for work or just curious about how the platform works.
You do not need to disclose a diagnosis or disability to take part.
What you will do
If you take part, you will:
- create a MyNeuroPass account using your email or Google sign-in
- build a simple profile — you choose what to share
- include work preferences, strengths, communication preferences, and practical support preferences if you choose
- add evidence of your abilities, such as completed tasks, self-reflections, endorsements, certificates, project notes or work samples
- decide what is public, what is private, and what is shared with a specific employer, mentor or reviewer
- try the Proof Passport view — a shareable summary of your strengths and evidence that you can show to employers, mentors or job coaches
- share feedback with us about what worked, what was confusing, and what could be better
You can save your work and come back later. There are no timed steps.
What data is collected
During the pilot we collect:
- your name and email address for account creation
- any profile information and evidence you choose to enter
- any optional accessibility, communication or support preferences you choose to provide
- pilot feedback and any messages you choose to send through the Help panel or feedback forms
- technical error logs if something goes wrong
If a reviewer or employer gives feedback or records a next step during the pilot, this will be used only for pilot learning and will be handled carefully.
All data is stored securely on MyNeuroPass systems. You remain the owner of your content.
What is not collected
We do not collect:
- medical diagnoses or records
- childhood or minor data
- automated hiring decisions made by MyNeuroPass
- payment or financial information
You do not have to upload anything you are not comfortable sharing.
Consent and withdrawal
Taking part is voluntary. You can:
- skip any step
- edit or delete your data at any time
- stop taking part at any point, no reason needed
- ask us to delete your account and all associated data by contacting us
Withdrawing will not affect any service, course, or employment support you receive elsewhere.
Privacy and sharing
Your profile starts private. You choose exactly what to share and with whom.
You can create a public scan link for your passport if you want to share it with an employer, mentor or reviewer.
No data is sold, and no employer or third party can see your profile unless you actively share it with them.
Expected time commitment
Most participants complete the core pilot flow in about 30–60 minutes. You can do it in one sitting or across several sessions.
Support contact
If you need help, have questions, or want to withdraw:
