Taking part is voluntary. Please read the information below before you decide whether to join. You can leave at any time without giving a reason.
This pilot is not a formal research study, medical assessment or recruitment process. MyNeuroPass does not make automated hiring decisions about you.

Who can take part
This is an invitation-only pilot for a small group of adults. Your invitation or programme information explains any specific eligibility. You do not need to disclose a diagnosis or disability to take part.
You can take part whether you are looking for work or simply want to explore MyNeuroPass.
What information we use
During the pilot we collect:
- your name and email address for your account (you can sign in by email or Google)
- information and evidence you choose to add to your Pass, such as skills, experience, completed tasks, self-reflections, contributions, certificates, project notes or work samples
- optional work, accessibility, communication or support preferences you choose to provide
- feedback and any messages you choose to send through the Help panel or feedback forms
- technical error logs if something goes wrong
If an organisation or reviewer gives feedback or records a next step during the pilot, we use that to learn how to improve the experience and handle it carefully.
Data is stored securely on MyNeuroPass systems. You remain the owner of your content.
What we do not ask for
You never have to give a diagnosis or medical records. You do not have to upload anything you are not comfortable sharing.
The pilot does not collect information about children or minors, payment or financial information, or automated hiring decisions made by MyNeuroPass.
Your choices and withdrawal
You may skip steps, edit or delete your data, or stop taking part at any time without giving a reason. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data by contacting us.
Leaving the pilot will not affect any service, course or employment support you receive elsewhere. You can withdraw or delete feedback you have sent through Your pilot.
Privacy and sharing
Your Pass starts private. You choose what to share and with whom for a specific purpose. No employer or third party can see your Pass unless you actively share it with them. We do not sell your data.
If you choose to enter private or support details, they are kept out of decisions about what you can do and out of pilot learning. They are only shared if you choose to share them for a specific purpose.
Time
Most participants complete the main pilot steps in about 30–60 minutes, in one sitting or across several sessions. There are no timed steps.
