Always free for people. Individuals never pay, never need a diagnosis, and always control their own evidence, preferences, consent and export. Organisations pay for staff seats, managed programmes, storage and heavier processing — never for access to a person's private information.

What you can measure
Every pilot and plan comes with honest, agreed measures — not invented savings. These are the things the product actually records today, so you can judge value from your own data:
- Employer time per evidence review, from your own recorded activity
- Repeated evidence requests avoided when people reuse their existing proof
- Completed human decisions with recorded reasons — decision-record completion rate
- Actual starts and retention check-ins at 30, 90 and 180 days
- Privacy-safe group outcomes (small groups are always hidden, never estimated)
What we will not claim: faster hiring, money saved or reduced bias — those need validated pilot evidence, and your pilot is how we find out together.

Scoped with you
A pilot is a one-off payment — never a subscription, and it never converts automatically. After payment we set the pilot up with you personally.
If you continue to an annual plan after a pilot, a conversion credit of up to €1,000 may apply, subject to approval. Pilots never convert automatically.
Support, onboarding and what's not included
Support. Standard support (Starter) means email support during Irish business hours with a target first response within two working days. Priority support (Professional) targets a next-working-day first response. Institutional adds scheduled training and implementation sessions agreed in your plan. Support covers using the product as it is — it does not include custom development.
Onboarding. Self-service onboarding (Starter) is our guided in-product setup and written guides. Assisted onboarding (Professional) adds up to two remote setup sessions. Institutional implementation support is scoped with you in writing before work begins.
Not included in any plan unless agreed in writing: custom integrations or APIs, single sign-on, data migration from other systems, custom reporting, and anything marked "upcoming". We never promise a feature that is not live, and no plan includes unlimited staff seats, programmes, participants or storage — the limits above are the plan.
Limits and overage. Staff seat limits are enforced by the product. The other limits are commercial terms we monitor with you: if you approach one, we talk about options first. There are no automatic overage charges, ever.
All prices are in euro, per year, excluding VAT. Institutional prices are "from" prices; final scope is agreed with each institution. Items marked "upcoming" are not yet live product features and are never charged for until they are. A person's own passport is always free — organisational limits apply only to shared staff seats, managed programmes, active participants, organisation-initiated verification, storage and heavier processing. Wallet passes for people are free once the native release is approved; organisation-managed issuance and administration may be part of a paid plan.
