Fictional example. Aoife and Northfield Spatial are invented; this is not an endorsement, partnership or current pilot. Potential savings are not claimed outcomes. To be measured in pilot.
- You shouldn’t have to start from zero every time. Aoife is a fictional person considering a fictional GIS Analyst opportunity. What she has already proved should travel with her. The person does not have to rebuild everything every time life changes.
- Again. Again. Again. The fictional old way repeats CVs, forms, uploads, assessments and disclosures. This illustrates burden for people and organisations; it is not measured pilot data.
- The person controls their MyNeuroPass. Aoife controls her MyNeuroPass and its evidence from work, education, projects and life. Credentials are one kind of proof, not the whole story. External wallet and issuer interoperability is not live.
- What does this opportunity actually need? Fictional Northfield Spatial defines a GIS Analyst requirement before reviewing anyone. It allows delivered projects as an equivalent route alongside a qualification. Criteria committed before evidence review. No overall person score.
- Only what this requirement needs. Only the evidence needed for this requirement is proposed: a GIS credential, flood-risk project and method notes. The equivalent project route still needs human review. For consequential sharing, MyNeuroPass brings the proposed disclosure back to the person for explicit approval. Aoife sees WHAT, WHO and WHY, and can APPROVE or choose NOT NOW. This approval is illustrative, not a live film control.
- Not necessary. Only relevant proof is proposed. A request to use private or support information for a capability decision is blocked. A person can separately choose to share support information later; this is not a claim that no third party ever sees private information. This is a fictional illustration, not a live external exchange.
- From requirement to proof. What does the opportunity actually need? What has the person already proved? What is the minimum sufficient proof? Is an equivalent route allowed? What actually needs to be shared? Person approves. Human decides. Safe process memory. A human reviews each requirement, not an overall person score. Criteria and saved resolution are frozen in a receipt. The system learns what opportunities require. It does not learn who to rank.
- Capability first. Support when needed. Written instructions help me. I need more processing time. This communication route works better for me. An employer does not need a diagnosis, medical history or private explanation just to understand these preferences. What helps somebody work is not evidence about whether they are capable of doing the job. Support and private information stay outside the capability decision. If chosen, support moves through a separate person-controlled support route.
- One system for everyone. One system for everyone — not separate recruitment streams for disabled people, neurodivergent people and everyone else. The same opportunity-resolution process is designed to work broadly, with different access and support needs. Opportunity, prove, human decision, support if needed, start, something changes, time away, return, next opportunity. MyNeuroPass can help surface an employer support, employment service or relevant DSP route without deciding eligibility or funding. The responsible authority decides. No DSP partnership or endorsement is implied.
- Fits around what already exists. MyNeuroPass does not need to replace digital wallets, ATS systems, employer AI, public-service platforms or existing employment supports. Its bounded person-controlled agent and authority foundations exist. This is a conceptual future exchange; external autonomous agent-to-agent operation and outside-system actions are not live today. Organisation agent: I need proof of X. MyNeuroPass agent: Already established. Organisation agent: Send the whole record. MyNeuroPass agent: Not necessary. MyNeuroPass asks the person: Share the relevant proof? APPROVE or NOT NOW. Consequential sharing remains with the person; a human or authorised organisation decides.
- Less chasing. More clarity. Some systems store credentials. Some assess candidates. Some match people to roles. MyNeuroPass is designed to resolve what an opportunity actually requires against evidence the person controls — using minimum necessary proof and disclosure. The system learns what opportunities require. It does not learn who to rank. Potential time, burden, repeat-request and cost effects are to be measured in a real-world pilot, not claimed results. Safe process memory excludes private and support information; no insight is shown until there is sufficient safe data. No externally validated savings are claimed.
- One real opportunity. Help us identify the right route to test whether this reduces unnecessary proof, disclosure and administrative work while connecting support at the right stage. Starting with employment, built to grow across education, work and life. No government endorsement, partnership, funding or current pilot is implied. Help us test it in the real world.
